A little boy in my primary class is so pleased about a new temple come'n to town!! He remembers after you visit get cookies!! Little does he know that they only do that ONCE at the open house!

A $6.00 ebay battery fixed my darling camera!! YIPPPPPPPPEEEE!!! She is back and better then ever!

It dosen't pay to be honest!!

My little doggy friend nibbled on this library book. Because I am an honest soul...I took it to the desk and confessed.

I was told I would have to pay FULL PRICE for the book!! I said I'd buy it on amazon..they said "we are very picky about what we put on our shelves!!" I fumed!!

I love the library..and I visit often. I often donate books I buy read and love. I am a good customer!! I often read damaged book but just figure that is the life of a book read in MANY different homes. I am very ticked that a few tiny battle wounds and I was charged FULL PRICE!!

Seeing RED!!

I bought a DARLING silver necklace this weekend for 2.50..it was the wrong color...nothing a little red spray paint can't fix!! (I have silver..needed red!) I'm sure my neighbors w/ this this is a new tree decor trend!!

Book Report

I miss my camera! I feel like an arm has been cut off and I am not complete!! Sighhh!! The laptop died and all my "favorites" died w/ it!! Sighhhh!! I still can believe I get my very own temple!! I am so excited!

I love the Shopaholic books!! They are so funny, cleaver and witty!! However the say the "F-word" and have PG-13 bits that make me blush!! I read this funny book (above) this weekend and it is the also cleaver, witty and very funny!! It is a total "light read"..and just makes ya giggle!! My little sister had a best friend in High School who was like Phebe from friends. She had no idea (in high school) that the mailman also too mail not just delivered it!! Anyway the girl in this book reminds me of my sisters head in the clouds friend!! It's a must read for the LOOOOONNNNGGG winter ahead!!

My New Temple!

It was announced today that there will be a new Mormon Temple built in my tiny home town!! What an awesome thing!!

Perfect Pumpkin!!

I'm not a huge fan of the color orange! Thank goodness Dollar Tree has these cute little pumpkins for a dollar and they match everything!! They are the perfect size..about the size of an orange..imagine that! Go adopt one or many today!!

Just a day at the office!

The accent wall at the group home where I work was ORANGE!! It lived it's life and it was time for a change!! (notice a few spackle spots)

It was painted a beautiful sage green!! By yours truely!! There is a rug infont of the red couch that has sage in it so it ties it alll together!!

The story of a door!

Once there was a door...she was white and boring and longed for a more colorful life!

You could hardly see her from the street! No one payed her much attention!

Then one day she got a wild streak and decided to wear RED!! (cranberry)

She looks beautiful and feels BEAUTIFUL!

People notice her from the street now!!

The doors where I work have needed an update for a long time. My boss ok-ed it last week...and TA DA!! A beauty is born!!

Ogden Utah DI review!

Today after painful dental work..I headed down to Ogden (Utah) to visit their "New" thrift store. It was beautiful and clean!! After walking around awhile I found a darling globe 19.00!!! NINETEEN!!! WOAH I don't buy second hand so I can pay retail!! I also found a darling vintage clock that was 11.00. I bet it wasn't 11.00 new!! I felt bugged!! Most of the items in the store were new (which confused me) and very pricey!! I'll give em a few months and the give it another visit and see what I find. Happy Junking!!

September Snow??

*My camera is dead!! It died w/ no warning! I am crushed!

*My tooth is chipped because of my new teeth clenching hobby!

*I can't get into and use pay pal and even the customer service people can't help.

Zoey

Today I held a hen named Zoey and even collected her eggs. Aren't everyday things amazing when you take a closer look. Brown speckled eggs that appear in a little chicken house daily is amazing!

I had a very blog worthy day today...and my camera refused to work. Sighhh all I have for today is the "memory card" in my head!!

So it seems...

If I really LOVE something the company will stop making it upon realizing I can't live w/ out it!
