Tiny Pumpkin Pies!

Yesterday I made these!! I almost died and had to make FOUR "phone a friend" calls for help but I did it and they were DELISH!!


Pumpkin Cheesecake Mini’s!




18 ginger snaps (sm)

12 oz light cream cheese

¾ c sugar

1 T corn Starch

1 t. pumpkin pie spice

2 eggs

1 c. pumpkin

1/3 c lite karo syrup


Place Ginger snaps in paper cups and then scoop mixture into muffin papers and cook at 325* 30-35 minutes

Makes: 18

2 Weight Watchers Points each
