Cheap Scrap

I'm not really a scrapbooker...I'm WAY to cheap!! I do like to do a little craft craft every once in a while. I hate to pay a dollar for a piece of paper though. Welcome SEI outlet!! They have paper for 10 cents!! Hello friends 10 cents! It's worth a visit!!

    Where is the outlet at ??? I want to go I need to make baby shower invitations but on a tight budget...This would be perfect ..
