Seeing red!!

Today I tired on the worlds cutest trench coat! DARLING! It was perfect is every way...but....I couldn't raise my arms. I was heart broken. Should I have just bought it and kept my arms down...or did I do the right thing buy walking away?

Today I went and had Punctual Cauterization. Wikipedia says this:

HOLY PAINFUL!! Ever had a needle stuck in your eye lid? Ever tried to keep your eye lid open while a needle is coming toward your eye? Ever tried to be nice to your doctor who looks like "The Bachelor" while a burning, stinging, melting sensation is happening in your eye hole? Ever had to pay a boat load for so much pain?? I did!! Holy Painful!!

I bought new sun glasses!! I can't believe how the world looks w/ out scratches!! It is amazing!! I made this new felt pillow case for them so the new ones will stay nice and scratch free!! I heart felt!

Today is a beautiful spring like day!! We got lots of wet damp snow last night! This morning the sun has appeared making everything warm and drippy! Feels like February!! So I had to do a craft!! I have been seeing these news paper lovelies everywhere. So I made my own!!

Cheap Glasses

I love a good deal!! No really! I REALLY love a good deal!! One night many moons ago I was surfing and read here about a deal just to good to be true!! Eye glasses for 8.00 (plus shipping)! I was aghast! After much thought I decided to give it a try. If worse came to worse I could eat 12 dollars!! I love V and Co.'s blog!! I loved these pillows she made. I need ANOTHER pillow like a whole in the head! So I did this!! It is FAR from perfect but it is a good start!! *** I added some black spray paint to help w/ the "fade" and making the contrast not so crazy!! I won't wear this to the prom and will use less contrast next time..but it looks good!

Leap Year

I just went to see this DARLING movie!! I highly recommend it!! Charming, silly and witty w/ a Irish accent!! I give it five stars!! Totally the chick-flick-ey-est movie I have seen in a long time!!

It's not Spring...

(Million) Dollar Section Anyone?

If there is a dollar section in ANY store...that is where I head first. I joked w/ a lady today that they should call it the "Million Dollar Section". It wouldn't be false advertising!!

Today when I popped in to Michael's I found these!!! No not a ring!! A super darling (dollar) drawer pulls!! These babies are beefy too!! They had a few flavors I came home w/ a few of these!!

Upon stepping out the door to head to work I ran into this little tiny tiny fella!! So cute and so fashionable w/ the orange mohawk!! I called Animal control and they are looking for his mommy as we speak!

Flowers

Older people like fake flowers. I like to give people what they like! So I gave my sweet elderly friend a darling bunch of fake flower for Christmas. When I visited today she thanked me and she assured me she'd been watering them!!

My hand hurts from buffing scratches out of my car. Good news some disappeared!!!

Restore...

So I'm cheap!? So I like a good deal!? So I read lots of blogs of cheap people and I morn that I don't have a restore of my own...well that all changed 7 short weeks ago. Yesterday I visited for the first time.


The store is so new they don't have lots of stuff. Sighhh...but give it 6 or 8 months and I think this place will be hop'n!!!

I saw a box of these babies for 2 dollars each. They were beautiful!! You could do a bathroom back splash for under 20 bucks!! Or behind a stove so CHIC!!


Need extra chairs for your work room? 5 bucks! (They had nice office chairs too!)

I think these slabs came from the old Hotel Utah...they are beautiful! (they were not priced!!)

Fur Sur a must visit for a junker! (In 6-8 months)

HEAVEN

I went to Pottery Barn yesterday down at Trolly Square...THEY HAVE EXPANDED!! I think it's what heaven will be like...only less expensive!!
