Let there be Light!!

I have almost always hated the light fixture in my bedroom. It reminds me of a space orb.


I have loved these vintage old school house looking light fixture forever!

A dollar and a day at the thrift store...and Ta Da! They kinda look like cousins don't they? (I still have to paint out the ugly brass but you almost can't tell in the picture!) My little sister doubted me...I feel so relieved it worked out!!
